This facility, located on 50 White Street in historic Tarrytown, New York, contains 80,800 square feet of land. Originally constructed in 1964, Franklin Towers was not built until almost a decade after Franklin Courts. The building is a 10 floor brick building containing 81 apartment units.
The laundry for Franklin Towers is handled by an outside service company, who are responsible for the servicing and repairs for the washers and dryers in the facility as part of their contract with us. Although we are not responsible for providing any supervisory services to the cleaning equipment, we do pay for the hot water and energy in order for these machines to be used by the tenants.
The boilers, among other amenities, are maintained and kept up to code by both staff members and a third party contractor in order to ensure that they are serviced and running properly throughout the year. We are prompt in fixing any problems that may arise with any of the equipment.
