The mission of Tarrytown Municipal Housing Authority (TMHA) is to meet our community’s housing needs by providing decent, safe and affordable housing. Located at 50 White Street in historic Tarrytown, New York, this sprawling, 58,375 square foot apartment complex was first built in 1952. There are 70 multi-family garden style apartments which are housed in 14 one or two story standalone buildings.

Originally constructed in 1964, Franklin Towers was constructed more than a decade after Franklin Courts. The brick structure contains 81 apartment units, many with an excellent view of the Hudson river.
