Parking
Beginning March 1st, parking rules will be enforced. Please be sure to read the following:
Any car repeatedly parking in visitor parking, with or without a visitor tag, and prior notification to the office, will result in a boot, and a possible violation of your lease.
If you already have parking tags on your car – DO NOT PARK IN VISITOR PARKING.
If you live here and do not have parking tags – DO NOT PARK IN VISITOR PARKING.
The spaces marked No Parking”, “Staff Parking” or “Executive Director” are strictly as marked. Please pay close attention to these signs.
Please Do Not Back Into Spaces!
If you need to leave in a hurry, then park in front of building 1 or you may back into the spaces along the roadside if necessary. Because of the carbon monoxide you may not back into parking spaces.

HUD mandates smoke-free public housing
Smoking is prohibited in and around public housing. Smokers must be 25 feet away from the property when smoking.
It’s still illegal to grow, possess, and consume cannabis in rental housing subsidized by the federal government, even for residents who participate in the medical marijuana program. Tarrytown Housing is required to enforce the federal rules against pot use in federally assisted housing, including public and Section 8 housing, in states that have legalized cannabis.
The term “smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, vaping, or possessing any lighted cigar, cigarette, pipe, other tobacco product or similar lighted product in any manner or in any form.
